» Sandra Williams - Solutions, Opinions and Input Welcome

I received an interesting email with a single father's input and I regret that I did not include his solution in the poll. He suggested on site daycare using flexible scheduling with the parents taking turns. It sounds similar to the kibbutz system in that it's creating an intentional community.

There has also been some discussion about immigrants working in poor conditions and being taken advantage of but another concern is...who's caring for their children if they don't qualify for childcare and can't afford it with their wages?

I like the work on site child care idea and welcome more input.
